With the textile-flexible fire protection closure FSV FlexFire, Tortec offers a solution for space-saving and almost invisible fire protection.
The flexible textile fire protection closures from Tortec are tested in accordance with European fire protection requirements and fulfil the product standards EN 16034 and EN 13241, which means that the FlexFire FSV textile fire protection closures have a CE marking and can be used in any country within the EU.
To ensure your safety in the event of a fire, Tortec fire protection curtains fulfil the fire protection requirements up to E120, EW90 and EI230, depending on the version.
The space-saving design of the FlexFire with narrow guide rails ensures unobtrusive lateral guidance of the textile fire protection closure and can therefore be fully integrated into the existing architecture.
As a family business, we are aware of our responsibility for future generations. We therefore create environmental product declarations (EPDs) for our products in accordance with ISO 14025. These declarations provide a transparent overview of the environmental impact of our products and support our customers in choosing sustainable solutions.
The FSV FlexFire E fire protection curtain is available in fire protection classes up to E120. The grey glass filament fabric with integrated stainless steel wire and fire-retardant polyurethane coating ensures adequate room closure in the event of a fire. In the event of a fire, the FlexFire thus guarantees a safe room closure for up to 120 minutes.
As FSV FlexFire EW, the curtain is available up to fire protection class EW60. The EW version stands out thanks to the anthracite-coloured glass fabric and offers the required radiation reduction with integrated stainless steel wire and fire-retardant silicone coating. The FlexFire thus guarantees reliable radiation reduction for up to 60 minutes in the event of a fire.
The FSV FlexFire EI2 is tested for fire protection classes EW90 and EI230. A multilayer structure made of black E-glass fabric with integrated stainless steel wire, foaming agent and internal IsoTherm fleece ensures maximum fire protection. In the event of a fire, the FlexFire thus guarantees reliable radiation reduction for up to 90 minutes and fire resistance for up to 30 minutes.

The FSA-FLEXeco Basis is a power supply unit and drive control unit with integrated manual release button and is used with textile-flexible fire protection closures. The control unit also has operating buttons for opening and closing and status displays. The FSA-FLEXeco Basis must be connected to an on-site fire alarm system. It does not have separate connections for fire detectors.
The FSA-FLEXeco-Plus hold-open system control unit has an integrated battery backup. This makes it possible to hold open and give an audiovisual warning when the fire protection closure is closed, even in the event of a power failure.
The FSA-FLEXControl (impulse, 230V) is a power supply unit, drive control, manual button, alarm memory and reset button all in one. Together with approved fire detectors and the connection option for the motor brake, it forms a hold-open system for controlling textile fire protection curtains. If the cable entries are used with screw fittings on the underside of the housing, the FLEXControl has a protection rating of IP54. A signal transmitter is integrated for local acoustic signaling, which can be extended by an external signaling device (FSA-OAW + combination signal light) to visualize a door movement.
The FAA-Plus hold-open system for curtains combines the power supply, battery backup, visualization, fire detector evaluation, manual release button and reset device in a single housing. It offers the option of connecting conventional and wireless fire detectors, motor brakes and connection to a central fire alarm system. The battery backup ensures that the fire protection curtain remains open even in the event of a power failure. A signal transmitter is integrated for local acoustic signaling, which can be extended by an external signal device (combination signal light) to visualize a door movement.
